E. Disclaimer of Warranties

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Polish consumer protection law, including the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), or applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

The Platform may contain links to external websites for reference or convenience. These links do not constitute an endorsement of the linked websites or their content. We have no control over external websites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

H. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

I. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable EU law.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also benefit from any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence.
